My interior design style has changed over the years, but lately, I find myself into modern organic. Think calming, neutral, wooden tones. THD truly caters to every design style. The first thing I like to do when adding more elements to a room is to create a mood board. There are numerous (free) options to make one if you don’t have the software. Secondly, find the ‘star’ of the show. This is the piece you’ll be creating your decor around. For my refresh, I chose these cane armchairs (that come in a pack of two). These are probably my favorite pick from the entire haul! They look so much more expensive, are beyond comfortable and come in several colors. These chairs have totally elevated my space without much effort! That’s the key to a refresh — sometimes, it just takes one thing! They also work perfectly for a small living room because they’re not too oversized. You can also opt to buy them individually if you don’t want the pair. Did I mention they took under 5 minutes to assemble? Win! 

A great home decor tip is to center chairs around a coffee table. This gives your room an elevated, expensive feel, if you will. One of my favorite ways to add additional seating for dinner parties. It also helps drive conversation. Speaking of coffee tables, this drum table has been seen all over IG! It comes in a few different finishes, and goes with most decor styles. It was sold-out for awhile, but it’s in stock and ready to ship. 

The media console was another favorite find. It’s super functional and creates a lot of additional storage. It also fits the modern organic style quite perfectly!
