We recently moved into a new home, and my first order of business was tackling the living room. The mosaic tile and odd bump-out had to go! This before/after transformation is certainly a favorite to date and I can’t believe I found this piece to ship immediately!

Let me introduce you to this showstopper piece from wayfair.com – the Chateau Louis Cast Stone Fireplace Surround. Isn’t it gorgeous? 

The cast stone construction adds a touch of grandeur, and the rich texture enhances the overall aesthetic of the space. I knew right away that this mantel would be the centerpiece of our home, bringing warmth and elegance that would make every gathering special. It’s not just a mantel, it’s a piece of history and art that transforms the entire room.

My inspiration for this space is a Nancy Meyers interior. Think of cozy, elegant, and effortlessly stylish living spaces. Known for her work in films like “Something’s Gotta Give,” “The Holiday,” and “It’s Complicated,” Meyers creates interiors that feel both luxurious and lived-in. Each room is truly a work of art!
