We’re Having Another Baby!

I’m so excited to officially share the news! Harlow’s going to be a big sister! I’m due the beginning of February and I’m 22 weeks TODAY!

The baby is the size of a coconut and this pregnancy is literally flying by! I thought I’d compile some FAQ from close friends/family below. Don’t forget to follow along on Instagram as I document the rest!

DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU’RE HAVING?

Yes! We found out at 17 weeks, and I’m definitely planning to share the news really soon! Eeek! Any guesses?

HOW HAVE YOU BEEN FEELING?

I’m planning to write a blog post on the first and second trimester, so look out for that soon! I’ve been very grateful because I’ve experienced little to no morning sickness. The biggest symptom for me so far – headaches. I had them with Harlow too, and it’s so hard not being able to take much medicine for them. I would wake up with one every single day until recently. Grateful that seems to be behind me! Other than that, seems to be a very similar pregnancy to Harlow. Obviously I’m tired, but what mom isn’t?

DOES HARLOW UNDERSTAND?

She totally does! She came over to my belly today and started talking to the baby. She’ll randomly give my belly kisses, too! It’s seriously THE BEST! I’ve been buying her some big sister baby books to get her excited, and I seriously cannot wait to see her in action. It’s probably been my favorite part of this journey so far. I think she’s going to adjust really well (but still very nervous about the transition!)

HAVE YOU STARTED TO THINK NURSERY?

Yes! I’m actually working with one of my favorite brands on this one and will share the details soon! Kevin’s getting evicted from his office, so we still have yet to start the process. I need to figure out paint colors, etc. I absolutely loved creating Harlow’s nursery and this babe is no different!

HOW’S THE BUMP?

Since this is my second pregnancy, I started showing very early on. I’ll definitely document more bump pics now that the news is out there, but this photo was taken just a week ago! Can’t believe I’m already halfway through. Crazy!
