– Bertolli® Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk (healthy alfredo sauce!)
– tomatoes (I used baby)
– Pasta of your choice
– Olive Oil (just a sprinkle or two!)
– A sprinkle of sugar for tomatoes (optional)
– Mozzarella and basil for serving (optional)
Cook pasta as directed (I used bucatini, my favorite). Cut tomatoes in half (put skin side down on pan) and sprinkle with olive oil and sugar (optional) for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
