How to Elevate Your Holiday Party

Disclaimer: This post is in partnership with Evite & Topgolf. Thanks for supporting brands that make Happily Inspired possible!

Can you believe the holidays are almost here? I’ve already been eyeing holiday decor on Pinterest, and I’m here for it! Truthfully, I’m looking forward to getting all festive and dressing in my holiday best. Not to mention, getting family/friends together to experience the magic altogether. If you’re stumped on something unique to do this season, I’m chatting all things holiday party outside of the home! Whether you’re planning your office holiday party, or a simple gathering with family/friends — I’m sharing one of my favorite family activities that everyone can enjoy (even your littles!) that doesn’t even leave you a mess. Game changer!

So where’s the party?

TOPGOLF! The ultimate entertainment destination that is seriously perfect for every age. Whether you’re the next Tiger Woods, or picking up a club for the first time — Topgolf fits everyone. Each venue features high-tech, climate-controlled hitting bays, a delicious menu (so much good food) and comfort in-between plays. We actually took Harlow recently and she had a blast (for reference, she’s 2). I personally love that it’s interactive, team-building and actually fun. Oh, and again — no mess for you to clean up! They have different areas you can reserve, so make sure to check-out their website to see which one fits your party best! You can even reserve your space ahead of time online, so you can skip the line. Definitely recommend this route!

Oh, and Evite makes sending invites super easy — they already created some cute Topgolf holiday invites so your work is already done! These are a couple of my favorites

Want to elevate your Topgolf party? I’m sharing some unique party ideas below! Hopefully you find some inspo!

PICK A THEME:

Make your outing even more fun with a theme. Ugly sweater contest, masquerade ball, pajama party, cookie exchange, black tie, groovy Christmas — the options are truly endless. Have fun with this part and award prizes for best dressed!

GIFT EXCHANGE

I always love doing a holiday gift exchange. Make it silly, make it serious – whichever you wish. Maybe award first gift-picks to top scorers? If guests want to trade gifts, have a shoot off!

PHOTO BOOTH

Bring some fun photo props and make it a night to remember with a make-shift photo booth. I personally love these with a mix of holiday classics. Bonus if you bring a Polaroid camera so guests can have shots instantly.

COOKIE EXCHANGE

Who’s ready for a bake-off? Encourage guests to bring their best cookie recipe to share with the party. Enjoy during, or save them to enjoy at home! Bring your own Tupperware so you don’t get left out!

Make sure to check-out Evite’s ‘how to have a holiday party out of the house’ for some awesome tips (that I definitely used as inspo!) and check out the video below for a peek inside the Topgolf experience. It’s seriously so cool!
