CREAMY ALFREDO PASTA RECIPE | HEALTHY ALFREDO SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
- Bertolli® Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk (healthy alfredo sauce!)
- tomatoes (I used baby)
- Pasta of your choice
- Olive Oil (just a sprinkle or two!)
- A sprinkle of sugar for tomatoes (optional)
- Mozzarella and basil for serving (optional)
DIRECTIONS | UNDER 15 MINUTES!
- Cook pasta as directed (I used bucatini, my favorite!)
- Cut tomatoes in half (put skin side down on pan) and sprinkle with olive oil and sugar (optional) for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees.
- Pour the delicious Bertolli® Creamy Alfredo with Cauliflower & Milk over the drained pasta!
- Serve pasta with tomatoes, mozzarella and basil!
- Enjoy!
