Floral Midi | Modcloth

Chill temps, pumpkin spice everything (Am I right?) & sweater weather! I don’t know how people live without seasons (especially fall), it’s undeniably my favorite time of year. A new season calls for rich hues, cozy knits & imaginative patterns that are anything but ordinary. As my style evolves year after year — one thing is for certain. I never follow the rules. Today, I’m teaming up with Modcloth to bring you a few of my fall favorites. Modcloth is a one-stop-shop for everything fabulous. From exquisite dresses, outerwear, accessories, wedding, home & beyond — I truly get lost in the vibrant textures, designs and impeccable detail. There’s truly something for everyone, and it’s a great way to get ahead on that holiday list! (You guys, the home section is amazing — Can’t wait to pick out some goodies for my new house!)

modclothmididress-14I am a sucker for femininity in the fall. I’m also a fan of anything floral, especially in the winter season. I generally gravitate toward dresses that give me movement — you know, incase I want to break it down in the middle of Michigan Ave (ha!). One of my favorite combinations is a midi-dress with booties. It’s feminine with a country twist. It’s also beyond comfortable, so that’s always a win! I’ll definitely wear this to our annual trip to the pumpkin patch, and it pairs perfectly with a leather jacket. Side note: ModCloth always picks the best names for their outfits — I seriously need to apply for that job! The one I’m wearing is called the ‘Talented Gallery Director Midi Dress’ — just too much cuteness that means serious business. It’s 5 star-rated, and a customer favorite for obvious reasons.

PS: These ‘Wishing You The Very Zest’ booties are on repeat dot com! I can’t get enough of gold! (Just wait until you see my house) — Don’t forget to pair it with a fun bag! You’ve got to ‘Weave an Impression’. Gosh, I love this company.

What is your favorite combination to wear this time of year? I would love to hear below!
